Art Club

Moderator: Mr. Van Kanegan

The Art Club of Quincy Notre Dame is formed in the first two weeks of school. (Students need not be enrolled in an Art class to be in the Club.) Meetings are usually held once a month. Students are involved in a variety of projects that may be school or community related. For example, the Art Club has made banners for our school Masses, murals/banners for the Quincy Service League Holiday Gift Show, and decorations for the QND Extravaganza. Students also do individual projects to challenge their creativity and are exposed to various art techniques and art styles by visiting the Quincy Art Center, the JWCC and QU art galleries.
