S.A.D.D. stands for Students Against Destructive Decisions.
This organization's purpose is for students to become informed about and then encourage other students to choose healthy alternatives to dangerous decisions, particularly concerning drinking, drinking and driving, using drugs, and engaging in other harmful activities.
Toward these ends, meetings are held once a month (after school on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month) to discuss ideas and organize activities.
A two-tiered membership is in effect - Active members attend meetings, plan events, and take leadership roles. Associate members stand for the ideals of S.A.D.D. and participate as their other activities permit. They do not attend meetings because they have other commitments. In effect, every student in the school can be involved in S.A.D.D.
