If you are a student interested in playing sports in college, you need to register with the NAIA and/or NCAA for eligibility.

NAIA began taking registrations on September 1, 2010, for those students interested in playing NAIA sports in 2011-12 or after. All students who wish to participate in athletics at a member institution will need to be certified by the NAIA Eligibility Center to qualify academically and be cleared as an eligible student-athlete for competition beginning in 2011. Click here to go to the NAIA Guide for the College-Bound Student Athlete. For more information, check out their website at www.PlayNAIA.org.

The NCAA Eligibility Center will certify the academic and amateur credentials of all college-bound student-athletes who wish to compete in NCAA Division I or II athletics. To assist with this process, the Eligibility Center staff fosters a cooperative environment of education and partnership with high schools, high school coaches and college-bound student-athletes. Ultimately, the individual student-athlete is responsible for achieving and protecting his or her eligibility status. Click here for the 2010-11 NCAA Guide for the College-Bound Student Athlete.
