The Quincy Notre Dame Raider Band, the 'Pride' of Quincy Notre Dame High School , Performs at many school and community functions as well as formal concert presentations. Members also participate in district, state and national competitions and festivals.

The QND Band has traveled to New York City, Toronto, Washington D.C., Colorado, Florida, Texas, New Orleans, Memphis, St. Louis, Chicago, and throughout central Illinois. They have also visited many university campuses including the University of Notre Dame, University of Illinois, and Texas State University.

Quincy Notre Dame is proud of the excellent reputation of their band. In addition, each year a number of individuals earn All-State honors and many have been selected to perform in the John Philip Sousa National Honors Band.

Graduates have continued to pursue music at Michigan State University, Texas State University, Berklee School of Music, University of Notre Dame, Augustana College, Hillsdale College, Illinois State University, Milikin University, University of Illinois, Culver Stockton College, Quincy University, and others.

The QND Band serves as marching band, concert band and pep band. The jazz band is selected by audition. There is a very active Band Parent Organization which provides financial support for the band.
