August 27, 2026 - The QND Foundation works closely with school leadership to identify and prioritize the school’s most important facility needs through an annually updated facilities plan. In recent months, the Foundation and school leadership have developed plans to renovate and modernize the current boys’ and girls’ locker rooms.
As part of the planning process, construction bids were solicited from contractors, and a general contractor has now been selected and contracted for the project. The total cost of the renovation is $1.2 million.
“We are especially pleased to announce that fundraising for the entire project has been completed, with all necessary funds raised to make the renovation possible," said Kurt Stuckman, Executive Director of the QND Foundation. “This tremendous accomplishment is a direct reflection of the generosity and commitment of the QND community.”
The renovation will transform the current two-locker-room configuration into four modern locker rooms, providing greater flexibility to accommodate indoor and outdoor athletic teams, multiple teams during tournaments, and the growing needs of QND athletics. The project will focus on improving functionality, efficiency, safety, storage, appearance, and the overall experience for today’s student-athletes.
Renovations are set to begin in February 2027. Additional updates will be shared as planning continues and the construction timeline becomes finalized.
