B. H. (Bernie) Willer is being honored for his many significant contributions and years of service to Quincy Notre Dame and all the schools that have preceded it.
Willer has supported Quincy Notre Dame in every imaginable way … from chairing campaign drives to making generous contributions for capital improvements to the school.
Bernie, along with his wife, Isabelle, have lived all their lives following the role of the Good Samaritan. It is God’s call to live a Christian life, to love one another and, if you have certain gifts, to use them for everyone’s needs. From his early years as a student in Quincy through his career as one of the area’s most successful businessmen, Bernie Willer has always supported Catholic education.
As the students would say Bernie Willer’s willingness to share his time, talent and treasures is simply “awesome.”
Willer is the retired president/owner of the Quincy Hardees Restaurants.
