Open Enrollment Happening Now

The decision of where to send your son or daughter to high school is an important one. You want the best for them, and so do we. We understand the lifelong impact that a positive educational environment can have on students.

QND is a Catholic co-educational school dedicated to fostering an environment of academic excellence, spiritual growth, and strong moral values. With open enrollment currently underway, it's the perfect time to visit and explore what QND has to offer.

A Legacy Worth Continuing: Why Alumni Choose QND

Faith-Driven. Determined. Successful.

These are just a few words to describe remarkable individuals who have graduated from Quincy Notre Dame High School. Many QND alumni fondly remember their time at our school and often choose to send their own children here for various reasons.

As alumni of Quincy Notre Dame, you possess an intimate understanding of the culture and environment of our school. The memories, friendships, and values instilled within you during your high school years may continue to shape your life to this day.

Now, imagine the joy of witnessing your own child walk these same halls. Some parts of our building may have changed since you attended (feel free to schedule a tour), but our commitment to our students remains the same. Our faculty and staff are committed to providing students with a place to grow and learn in faith and education. Alumni that cherish those deep connections they made with classmates, teachers, and staff can pass on this sense of community to their children.

A New Experience: Why Parents Choose QND

While alumni have firsthand knowledge of our school's excellence, parents who have not attended QND may be wondering what sets us apart from other high schools. Here are a few reasons why parents choose to send their children to QND:

Educational Excellence with Smaller Class Sizes + Extracurricular Opportunities

We provide a comprehensive education that prepares students for the challenges and triumphs of life. Our academic curriculum, led by dedicated and passionate educators, is designed to challenge and inspire students to reach for their full potential. Small class sizes allow students to receive personal attention with accountability for interacting with teachers, staff, and other students.

Students are encouraged to reach out to their teachers for academic help, and one-on-one assistance is available. There are approximately 400 students at QND, and the average class size is 19 students with a student to teacher ratio of 17:1.

We also offer a wide range of extracurricular activities, including athletics, arts, student organizations, campus ministry, and various clubs. Our school encourages each student to explore their passions, refine their talents, and forge lifelong friendships along the way.

Benefits That Extend Beyond Graduation

Quincy Notre Dame has a 100% graduation rate, and 97% of our students continue on to higher education. All of our students are given the resources they need to make an informed decision about their future. We prepare students for the outside world by instilling skills and values that encourage personal success.

By enrolling your children at QND, you provide them with the opportunity to be part of a vibrant network. We previously mentioned that many alumni choose QND for their children’s high school experience, but the benefits extend beyond graduation day. Our alumni network spans generations, and through this intergenerational connection, your children will benefit from the guidance and support of others within our community network.

Financial Assistance: Investing in Your Child's Future

We understand that financial considerations may weigh heavily on your decision. Quincy Notre Dame commits to making our education accessible. Qualified financial assistance programs are available to families. The QND Foundation offers over 180 financial assistance scholarships to benefit QND students. In the 2023-2024 school year alone, more than $320,000 in financial aid was awarded to 42% of our student body.

To be considered for financial assistance, please submit an application to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. We offer students an equal opportunity to receive the support they need.

Your Journey Begins Here

Whether you are an alumnus wanting to continue the legacy or a parent seeking excellence for your child, QND provides a nurturing environment where students thrive academically, spiritually, and personally.

Open enrollment is in full swing. We invite parents and students to visit our campus while school is in session to truly understand our sense of community. Early summer registration is encouraged to ensure your student is set up for success in the new school year.
